Admission Requirements
Age Requirements
Under Ohio law (House Bill 114), children must be 5 years old on or before the first day of school in their specific district to enroll in kindergarten
Registration Requirements
The following documents are required at the time of registration:
Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Registration Fee – $125.00 per student
Re-Registration
Families currently attending St. Mary of the Falls School, re-register their student(s) each January for the following academic year. At the time of re-registration, tuition must be current and the re-registration fee paid. The re-registration fee is nonrefundable.
Registration Timeline ~ Preschool through Grade 8
Registration for the coming school year begins the last Sunday in January. Registration continues throughout the year to accommodate transfers and new families that move into the area where space is available.

| Preschool 3 (M/W) | $1700/year |
| Preschool 3 (T/Th) | $1700/year |
| Preschool 4 (M/W/F) | $2,000 per year |
| Preschool 4 (T/Th/F) | $2,000/year |
| Pre-Kindergarten (5 Day Option – Noon – 2:30 pm) | $3,100/year |
